Order Processing Times
•All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.
•You will receive another notification when your order has shipped, which will include a tracking number.
•Please note: During peak seasons, holidays, or viral high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. We appreciate your patience and support as our small team works diligently to pack your order with care.

Estimated delivery times are calculated from the date your order is shipped, not the date the order is placed.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email containing a tracking number and a link to track your package. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to update on the carrier's system.
You can track your package anytime directly on our store using the Track Your Order link in our main menu.
Shipping Address Corrections
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered at checkout is correct and complete. If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@honorridge.com within 12 hours of placing your order. Once an order has been processed or shipped, we are unable to change the delivery address.
