Refund policy

At Honor Ridge, we take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our military-inspired mugs. Every single piece is carefully inspected before it leaves our workshop to ensure it meets our standards of honor and durability.
Because our products are crafted with unique, intricate designs, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our policy below regarding returns, refunds, and replacements.


Damaged or Defective Items

We stand behind our products 100%. If your mug arrives damaged, broken, or defective during transit, we will make it right immediately.
1.Contact our support team at support@honorridge.com within 14 days of receiving your package.
2.Please include your order number and a clear photo or video showing the damage or defect.
3.Once verified, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship out a free replacement immediately — no hassle, no stress, and no need to ship the broken item back to us.


Standard Returns & Exchanges

If you change your mind or ordered the wrong branch variant, we offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery.
•To be eligible for a standard return, your mug must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it, including its original packaging.
•To initiate a return, please email us at support@honorridge.com with your order number. We will provide you with the return shipping address.
•Please note that customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.
•Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you via email and process your refund (minus original shipping costs) within 3–5 business days.


Non-Refundable Items & Donations

•Tip Jar / Donations: Any contributions made through our "Support Our Mission" donation product are strictly non-refundable, as 100% of these funds are voluntarily given to support our small family shop and keep our operations running.
•Gift Cards: Digital gift cards cannot be returned or refunded.
